🔒 Delete Your Account In-App
The easiest and fastest way to delete your FlowPalette account is directly within the app:
Open FlowPalette App
Launch the FlowPalette app on your device
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the bottom navigation bar
Navigate to Account Settings
Tap on "Account" or "Profile" section
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" button
Confirm Deletion
Review the warning and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent
Once you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- All your tasks and task templates
- Mood and energy tracking history
- Focus session data (Pomodoro history)
- Account information and settings
- Cloud synced data (if Premium user)
This action cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact us:

- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.

How long does deletion take?
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What happens to my Premium subscription?
If you have an active Premium subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. Please note that deletion does not automatically trigger a refund. Contact us if you need a refund for an active subscription.
Will deleting the app delete my account?
No, simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You must explicitly delete your account using the methods described above.
What data is retained after deletion?
We retain minimal anonymous analytics data (no personal information) for legal and operational purposes. All personally identifiable data is permanently deleted.
